OxyElite Pro is working for me. It has curbed my appetite; it has given me energy for my workouts; I am losing pounds and inches, where for awhile there I was just plateauing and I am not having any issues with sleep. However, I will tell you it does make me feel sick and it is like having a major caffeine / sugar spike. My energy level goes off the map and I have a great workout than I crash pretty hard, especially if I don't eat. If I don't work out and just take the pill than I get a stomach ache and feel nauseous. I take the pill 30 minutes before my workout and than I am fine. If your not exercising and your trying to lose weight on diet alone, I would not recommend this at all. I will definitely continue to take this on rotation. You can only take it for 8 weeks than you need to stop for awhile. I would adjust the levels to your comfort level. I only take one a day and that is enough, even if the product suggest twice a day. So if you are working out and nothing is happening this will help make it happen. |

Not sure how to make of this yet. It makes my heart beat, really beat. Sometimes dizzy and short of breath. But it helps you with your work out here and there. Everyone is different. So test it out if you like. I personally don't really know if it works yet or not. |

Now I recently started to play soccer along with trying these pills so I have been getting regular exercise.However I am 6'5 and weighed 280(give or take one or 2 lbs),I now weigh 240. This was my 1st bottle and it lasted almost 3 months. Here is what happened! I got them in the mail,Took 1 the morning of the next day.Felt a little different(not sick or drunk),I could just tell something new was going through my body.It gave me a good little bit of energy nothing crazy though...For about 2 weeks I took 1 morning 1 after a late lunch(about 2:30)it worked well,I was sweating a lot! I then started taking 2 in the morning and 1 in afternoon,Got a good bit of energy from 2.Still I never felt ill or drunk or bad at all... so this went on for almost three months and I've slimmed down a lot. I had to make some new holes in my belt, and I am struggling to keep my work shorts on.Now Remember I have been playing soccer 2 to 3 times a week......Now i've been off the product for about 1 week.I haven't gained any weight back,I do notice that energy difference in the mornings however. I will be buying another bottle soon! Also to note, I still eat the occasional fast food and junk food,I am not a health nut mostly cause that crap is nasty and expensive. It did take away my appetite when I took 2 pills , 1 pill still left me with munchies...This worked for me and I would recommend to friends! |

Typically I don't review things that I buy offline but had too with this product. I only had around 10-12 lbs to lose. Started out at 130.5 and within a little over a week currently at 122.5. I really have to make myself eat during the day as I am just not hungry at all. I have noticed that I sweat more so than usual. Overall I am really impressed with this pills! |

Overall this is a very good product. I researched and read over a 100 reviews before I purchased it. The main negative review was that it was too potent and made some feel sick. I have never had this problem, I started with the regular dosage 1 pill in the am before workout/breakfast. 1 pill 6-8 hours later, after the first week I went to 2 pills in the AM and 1 6-8 hours later. I have never had a problem sleeping I have never felt jittery or manic. I have even taken this pill worked out and then took a nap. This formula is awesome it is the best thing on the market in my opinion. I have tried and spent hundreds on pills and supplements and this one beats them all!
I started taking this the first week of August. It is now the last week of August and I have lost 10-12 pounds. The first week I lost around 2-3, it is not a magic pill but is does help you get a jump start on your day.
Great appetite suppressant as well. |
